What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy can also be called guided hypnosis. It is a form of therapy that uses relaxation, extreme concentration and intense attention.

Research suggests that hypnotherapy may provide a wide range of benefits for many psychological, physical and behavioral issues and conditions.

What is Hypnotherapy Used For?

Hypnotherapy is used to treat different kind of issues, unwanted or unhealthy behaviors or habits, to improve self believe and gain confidence.

5 times sessions 390 € (inc. vat 24%)

Single hypnotherapy session 85 € (inc.vat 24%)

First session takes 1,5 hours and the next ones 60 minutes.

Most cases are being solved in 3 - 5 sessions, depending on issues.



1) How can you help me sleep?

"This is something I've been asked a lot. I try to explain what happens in hypnotherapy, as you arrive. But first let me congratulate you for seeking help.

Every session starts with conversation and I am used to solution focused talk. Of course we talk also about the problem, and try to find ways to improve the situation. We go through what have you tried so far etc. I will ask you what would be a good outcome of this treatment, and how hopeful you are towards that.

Most times people have a clue what might be the cause of not sleeping, but concious mind is relevant and doesn't always find solutions. That's why we use hypnosis, so in a relaxed state mind is more open to seeing solutions and taking sleeping suggestions in.

All the suggestions I use, are positive and are based on the conversation earlier. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation, concentration and intense of inner world, while unconcius mind is vivid and active. You will be cabable of talking, thinking and being in control of yourself all the time.
