Hypnotherapy can also be called guided hypnosis. It is a form of therapy that uses relaxation, extreme concentration and intense attention.
Research suggests that hypnotherapy may provide a wide range of benefits for many psychological, physical and behavioral issues and conditions.
What is Hypnotherapy Used For?
Hypnotherapy is used to treat different kind of issues, unwanted or unhealthy behaviors or habits, to improve self believe and gain confidence.

75€ per session, first session takes 1,5 hours and the next ones 60 minutes.
I recommend for you to book 3 - 5 sessions depending on your issue.
